Where can I park?
Next to our venue you will find a private parking, on Abat Safont street, and also across the Paral·lel Avenue, but we strongly recommend you to use public transport.
I have problems with my tickets
Each event can have a different ticketing platform. Check the spam folder of your email and/or check the registration in the app where you bought it.

I’m a minor. Can I access the site?
The minimum age for unaccompanied access is 18.
For those aged 16 to 18, and only if the event organizer allows entry to minors, attendees at live music events must present valid proof of age with an official document and will be identified to prevent alcohol consumption.
Minors under the age of 16 must have their own ticket and be accompanied by an adult at all times. They must also carry a photocopy of their ID along with a signed document from their parent or legal guardian authorizing the accompanying adult to take responsibility for them.
As a general rule, minors will not be allowed entry after midnight (00:00).
What are the hours of the space?

Is there a cloakroom service? What is the price?
The cloakroom service is available depending on the format of the show. If it is an event with the public on the right-hand track (without seats), the service will be open. It has a cost of 2 euros, the payment is made only by card, and bags and clothes can be saved. The room is not responsible for the objects deposited in the pieces or bags.
I lost a piece of clothing/object. How can I get it back?
If you have a cloakroom ticket, keep it and you can pick it up from the next day, when the doors of the room open [check it on the agenda at www.p62.cat]. If you do not have your ticket, contact us through the form and we will help you.

Can I bring food or drinks from outside?
No, bringing food or drinks is not allowed.
Can I enter the venue with a thermos or a water bottle?
