Where can I park?
There is a private car park next to the venue on Carrer de l’Abat Safont, but we recommend travelling by public transport.
I have problems with my tickets
Each event may have a different ticketing platform. Please look in your e-mail spam folder and/or check the registration in the app you purchased it from.
If the problem persists, contact the sales platform directly by e-mail or the contact phone number on their website.

I am under 18. Can I go in?
The minimum age to come in on your own is 18 years.
Between the ages of 16 and 18, you must show proof of your age with a valid document and you will be identified so you cannot consume alcohol.
Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times and bring a photocopy of their ID together with a document from their parent/guardian authorising the accompanying adult.
What are the venue’s opening hours?
Times vary depending on the scheduled event. Find out in the programme of events on www.p62.cat.
Is there a cloakroom service? How much does it cost?
A cloakroom service may be available depending on the format of the event. If it is a seated audience event, the service will be open. It costs €2 and you can store bags and clothes. The venue is not responsible for objects inside clothes or bags.
I have lost an article of clothing/object. How can I get it back?
If you have the cloakroom ticket, keep it and you can pick it up when the venue reopens. If you don’t have the ticket, write to us at info@p62.cat and we will help you.
Have you suffered or witnessed aggression or harassment at Paral·lel 62?
We have a protocol against aggression and discrimination, and we have signed up to Barcelona City Council’s NO CALLEM [We Won’t Keep Quiet] protocol.

Is the venue adapted for people with reduced mobility?
Yes, all areas are adapted.
Can you bring a photo or video camera?
Small, compact or disposable cameras can be carried. Professional or SLR cameras are not allowed unless you have a press or photographer pass.

Complaint forms are available. Ask the staff at the venue.

I will arrive after the event starts. Can I go in?
Yes, just present your ticket. If the artist requests it, you will have to wait for a break between performances to go in.

Yes, we have gluten-free beer in our bars.
