On September 23 at Paral·lel 62, Alexander Gudkov, Maria Kurdeneviсh, as well as Evgenia Borzykh, Kirill Ivanov and Stanislav Astakhov (from the group “Samoe Bolshoe Prostoe Chislo”) will present a musical performance full of fun, magic, and good hopes called “The Lost Mirror.”

This fairy tale show for adults and children (ages 6 and up) is about the adventures of a hand mirror with a star fragment on the handle. All action of the performance will take place against the backdrop of video decorations with illustrations by Pavel Pepperstein, writer and artist, whose work inspired this show.

The costumes for the performance, surreal and “very literal”, have been created by a team from several countries under the direction of artists Maria Levina and Polina Grechko. The music for “The Lost Mirror” was written by the band SBPCH; This is material familiar to listeners of the eponymous audio story, as well as compositions created specifically for the performance. They will be performed live by the artists of the show.
