Futuroa Sarao Travesti

“When the pure forms sank

beneath the chirping of the daisies,

I understood that they had murdered me”

FUTUROA’s SARAO TRAVESTI returns to Paral·lel 62, paying tribute to Federico García Lorca on the 90th anniversary of his murder.

The competition returns to its usual format, with six new contestants. Do you want to be one of them? Sign up by emailing somosfuturoa@gmail.com and tell us who you are and what your performance would consist of. You have until September 30.

This time, we have a double winners’ show! Hary Vicious’ burlesque will take us back to the golden age of Paral·lel, while Alphawhore will show us why they were crowned REINOA at Futuroa’s 10th anniversary.

And remember: the audience can win a prize too! Look up into the night, let the moon sing to you and ride through the horses of Lorca’s words to create the best tribute to the poet.

And after the show… the party goes on until 2am!
