Luisa y el Mar present “Nos vemos esta tarde”

On Thursday, October 10, Luisa y el Mar will present Nos Vemos Esta Tarde, their debut album, with a full-band show at Club P62 in Paral·lel 62 (Barcelona).

Formed by singer-songwriters Mauro Meloni and Delfina Mancardo (Argentina) and pianist Ola Wagner (Poland), Luisa y el Mar emerged on a day at the beach among friends in the summer of 2022 in Barcelona.

After releasing two previews, “Wish You Well” and “El Mar, las horas larga”, they will release the full album in the first week of October 2024. Produced by singer-songwriter Amaia Miranda, the album has a strong indie-folk influence, with references such as Big Thief, Kings of Convenience and Leif Vollebekk. Although it explores genres such as folk, pop, jazz and soul, the album manages to maintain a kind of minimalism and intimacy from the production, audio and instrumentation.
