What if a star is in the making right here next door and we’re about to discover it? Portuguese singer MARO’s path undoubtedly leads to that status. After studying at the prestigious Berklee College of Music, this singer and multi-instrumentalist returned to her native Lisbon with a plan that, in her case, wasn’t ambitious but natural: to transcend her country’s borders with her songs, which speak a universal pop language. She began releasing music in 2018, although the turning point in her career came four years later when she represented Portugal at Eurovision. Her entry’s top 10 finish only confirmed her potential for both acoustic sensitivity and emotional dance.

Her path, which has already led her to open for Australian band Parcels and to be the guest artist on Shawn Mendes’ tour, now continues with the release of SO MUCH HAS CHANGED, her new album.
